2006 Bella Vida Winemaker Series

2006 Tardy- Jacques Tardy, winemaker from France, has crafted our wine with a delicate floral nose followed by caramel and spice (and everything nice!). Smooth initial presentation with a building warmth in the mid palate. As this wine finishes you can taste the structure of this Dundee Hills vintage: minerality with a hint of spice.

2006 J. Christopher - Jay Somers, lead guitarist and winemaker, put his guitar down for this vintage. Honest to the appellation, Jay has left our wine with a touch of “funk” in the nose. Just behind the “funk”: luscious fruit and minerality (thank you) followed by a balance of tannins and acid. And yes, this balance means great aging. Let me mention the accomplished warm finish. Drink 2010 thru 2015

2006 O’Donnell – OD stands for Brian O’Donnell, but you will “OD” on this great Pinot! Brian has once again crafted a balanced wine with a caramel, dark chocolate nose (found after a modicum of breathing). Taste “Mother Earth”, complex fruit expression, and great mid palate performance with a lingering full finish.
