Chef Steven's Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients:
3lbs pork tenderloin
1 cup nutritional yeast
3 tbsp ground mustard
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1.5oz apple cider vinegar
Olive oil
Garlic salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place all the dry ingredients into a large ziploc bag and mix thoroughly. Add the pork tenderloin and make sure it is completely covered with the mix. Add 1.5oz of apple cider vinegar and olive oil (add more if you want to create a crust with the leftover dry mix, add less if you want the pork to be crispy on the outside. Grill on full blast (about 550 degrees) on a piece of tin foil. Turn the tenderloin so that it cooks on all four sides.
